Start with the area

Note the surfaces you want to discuss, including steps or side paths. A rough size helps the conversation, but you do not need an exact measurement to begin. Keep the boundary of the job clear when comparing quotes.

Check the route in

Think about gate width, shared passages, parked cars and where equipment would pass. Tell the cleaner about heavy furniture or planters that cannot easily be moved. Do not move anything that feels unsafe to handle.

Mention water and drainage

Say whether an outside tap is available and point out drains or places where water collects. The working method and runoff arrangements belong in the site discussion. An online request alone cannot settle those details.

Leave room for questions

Ask what is included, which marks may remain and whether any follow-on work is separate. Once the scope and cost make sense, agree a visit directly. A demo form does not book or send a request.
